Really just hated men for some reason today. Barista didnt talk to me whatsoever. When my friend ordered an ice coffee the workers asked each other if they liked iced coffee and they said no.

I enjoy coming to this Starbucks in particular since I am usually stuck in the mall waiting for my boyfriend to get off work. The staff here are always super super friendly, and nice and have amazing recommendations for drinks. One barista in particular, I can’t remember her name but she always wears earrings that are somewhat odd or just statements (like a duck or calico critter or frogs) is one of my favorites here. Thank you all for great service and coffee to get me through the rest of the day

They don't honor regular starbucks policy. They also won't ask if you want your pastries warmed up. Girl did not want to do anything.

This is NOT a Starbucks. It is a B&N Café which happens to sell Starbucks branded coffee. Starbucks rewards cannot be earned or used here.

Avoid the drive thru. That intersection is a pain.

Wide variety of topics. Excellent customer service. The world of reading for children and adults. Cozy lounge to take a few minutes in the delight of reading and more the aroma of coffee. The perfect environment. I will definitely be back for another J.R.R. book. Tolkien.⁵

Love this store!!! It is where I feel comfortable and at peace reading a book

Nothing like a great bookstore and a place to share a cup of coffee.
