Stone Bru Sunnybrook Dr.

Placed an order online. My latte was ok, nothing special. When ordering online, the side of egg doesn’t give you the option to put how its cooked. The photo they have on there is a sunny side up egg. So i assumed thats what i would get. My egg was so burnt and was like rubber. Definitely not sunny side up. My toast also was nothing like the picture.

It's a lovely place and the people are nice. My hot chocolate was cold

No vegan option, nothing to choose from

Fancy coffee shop with delicious coffee. Clean inside. Friendly workers. We had a white mocha and smoothy. Quiet background music. Clean bathrooms.

I like my coffee straight diesel. Their House Brew is awesome. Their breakfast burritos? MAN 😋 I have had some good breakfast burritos, but they are the best I've ever had. They're awesome, guys. And they're big. 5 ⭐.

Ordered an Americana. Absolutely the worst I have ever had. Extremely bitter.
Didn’t ask for a refund nor was I offered one!

Came down early to grab a coffee before a meeting Had a dirty chai and a medium light roast coffee. The dirty chai was the worst that we have ever had. Over 1/2 of it was tasteless air bubbles. Not froth and difficult not a late or even a cappuccino amount of froth. I would skip this.

We tried to order a smoothie but they could substitute flavors. We were surprised as craft coffee shops are know for customer requests. We understand this isn't always possible.

The medium roast coffee wasn't bitter at first which was a great start. It did taste watery and had lots of grounds in the bottom. The employees were working quickly and were attentive. The overall vibe is nice. It feels like a slightly cleaner Starbucks. I would try out some of the other shops in town like Hardline. I'm not sure how this was award winning but maybe this day was just off for everyone.

Great coffee ,treats and atmosphere.
The only issue I have is the wait.
Drive thru is a horrible wait and also the walk in. I would suggest an additional register and write the customers name on the order. The competition down the street gets my service when I see the drive thru line at U a mile long.
