The food and service were good. The only problem I had was that there was dirt in the water which was weird.

We made an online order for pick up. The order said it was ready so we go inside, when we get in, the guys there said that we had to wait till they were done serving the customers at the door. So we sat in the store another 35 min waiting and then finally got our order after everyone else had got served and left the store. Terrible service.
The older girl that works in the mornings is so rude and she likes to bully little kids and make snobby comments and lies and got so upset that my sandwich was taking a little bit longer because there was 3 of us she got an attitude and was rushing us I will not be back

This place sucks. I ordered food and specifically asked for everything to be toasted and my sandwiches were cold. I also did an online order and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited almost an hour for my food just for them to still get it wrong.

There is a lady serving with really bad behavior, she don't even past the sandwich in the microwave, bad attitude with the costumers and if you tell her she said (I will call 911 on you ), is really bad treatment to the costumers

Worst sub sandwiches I have ever gotten. Took 15 minutes after the app said they were ready. (I was on my 30-minute lunch break)Time to employ people who can multitask!

I arrived and the one of the employees wasn’t even in uniform the lady not in uniform was very rude sub bread looked like crap but decided okay just order so I ordered my first sub and the rude lady made it then went and did veggies for the people in front of me I was okay with that she got done with the people in front of me and asked me what I wanted in my sub, I told her I need one more she threw attitude and said what do you want me just keeping calm wanting my food told her she had an attitude the whole time. Got my veggies on my sub and she threw all the veggies in the center of my sub. I had 3 tomatoes on my 12 in sub but was completely over my experience with her I said whatever. Well then I did the unthinkable. I asked for my sauces on the side she then told me under new management they can’t do that. Weird all states and subways I’ve been too never an issue. The other girl working (very sweet) (very kind) told the lady we do it at my store(she was just helping this store out) never been an issue. The rude lady then put very little sauce in the cups for me. The lady that had been kind looked at the amount of sauce in the cups and looked at me embarrassed I look at the cups and there was barely a tablespoon of sauce in the cups. The very kind lady then filled my sauce cups up and apologized to me. Moral of this is one employee made the entire store terrible. No uniform, rude, impatient and all around just hateful.

It was hot as all get out in there. Everyone working there seemed like they hated their job. One worker was complaining that their stomach was killing them and I had to keep reminding them what I ordered. There was almost no lettuce or spinach and a few other things were almost empty. There was no mayo or the new foot long cookies. The new churro and pretzels are no good. Looks like I'll be adding subway to the list along with Starbucks of places I'm never going back to...

I pre-ordered my meal 50 minutes ahead, but upon arrival, the staff hadn't even begun preparing it, they were busy with 3 other customers. I thought it should have been quick because 3 staffs helped 4 customers. But acttually, only staff #1 diligently worked non-stop, staff #2 did some works and disappeared in the back. Staff #3 stood at the cash register waiting and assisted by cutting the subs a half. They served 3 others first and started my order. Staff #2 put one of my subs into the paper bag and left the other outside and went to the back with staff #3. Staff #1 walked by, figured things out, packed and handed me my order. Please hire mature ppl with decent work ethics, so customers like me will not be late for work and staffs don't have to overwork to cover for other irresponsible co-workers.When I left, 2 customers were waiting, and only staff #1 was in front to do the job

went in for two subs and got all 3 of the footlong sidekicks. my two subs had different types of bread. when the first person was making them they had the silver lid up and you could not see as they added the meat or cheese. i made sure to clarify which bread had which meat and cheese. in the end the subs had the bread swapped and i only got 3 slices of meat on one of them. i went back with the sandwich to get it replaced but they did not accept responsibility and i had to pay for it again. then out of the 3 footlong sidekicks only the cookie came out alright. the pretzel was barely salted and didn’t come with cheese. the churro tasted like uncooked dough. there was only teenagers working and no supervisor to speak to.
