If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service is absolutely terrible. First off, no one greeted me. I ordered a footlong that wasn’t made properly. They just carelessly put toppings on and drenched my sandwich with sauce. I couldn’t eat my sandwich so I brought it back. No one apologized or even cared that they messed up my sandwich. Also, they used gloves to handle money while also touching the food with the same gloves, completely unsanitary. The staff are absolutely rude and unprofessional. You can tell none of the staff are trained properly and there’s no capable management. This location is HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time!

Arin or Aaron, the dude working Dec. 27th around 4:45pm had some CRAZY unprofessional conduct.
He in the process of harassing his coworker when we came in, and instantly started berating the person replacing him. He also was using some extreme language when we walked up and waited. He then started ranting about his negative opinion about the owner when they ran out of a choice of cheese.
I was almost so uncomfortable I didn't want to order but it was, unfortunately, already being made.
