This subway is always busy, but there has never been an issue with service. There is a drive through as well

I placed my order 30 minutes in advance. When I arrived at the drive-thru, a female staff member opened the window without greeting me or asking what I needed. I told her I was picking up an online order, and she shut the window without a word, clearly annoyed. A male staff member came out and completed my order quickly—he was the only one who helped me. There were no other customers in store or behind me at drive-thrud. I still tipped him $2 (as always), but after years of being a loyal customer, I won’t be returning. One nasty employee was enough to ruin everything.

I’m tired of this place. For the past 4-5 times, and definitely more than that, we’ve had SOMETHING that’s not made right. We almost always get a salad and a sandwich. Pretty simple. But not to them apparently. They even forgot the meat in a sandwich once which I thought was pretty “impressive.” Just tonight 9/5/25 I went around 9pm and got the usual sandwich and salad for my girlfriend and I, and I asked for garlic aioli on the sandwich and when I got home it was SLATHERED in some mustard sauce and the peppercorn ranch. Neither of which are the garlic aioli as anyone who can read can see that. I’ve never written a google review in my life but this sent me over the top. I can’t understand how CONSISTENTLY one place can mess up simple orders. Please get new workers who can read at least a 6th grade level to simply read a direction and follow it. I know the young kids in there couldn’t give a flying one to do their job right, but seriously this is to do lupus the absolute lack of care there is there.I genuinely can’t believe how bad this place is. I’m absolutely sick of it. I’ve worked in fine dining and casual dining and i simply cannot understand why it’s so hard for this single establishment to be this inconsistent.

Spoke with a Sara/Sarah that works there. I sent someone in with a paper to have my sandwich made. Not only was it not toasted, it was missing stuff that i ordered on it. I usually just deal with it, but I paid a good amount of money for my food, and it needed to be toasted due to being pregnant. When I called about it, she told me i could come in now and have it remade. Which I’m working, hence why someone else picked up my sandwich. I consistently have issues with this subway, but unfortunately it’s the closest to my home and employer. I’m frustrated no other options were given. She was argumentative and kept saying “i made it how i was supposed to.” Overall I’m irritated, and still hungry.

Everytime I come here for ONE sandwich I kid you not I’m ALWAYS waiting for over 10 minutes for a sandwich especially in the drive through it NEVER gets any faster today I had 4 cars before me it took over 10 minutes each car it’s ridiculous how slow subway has gotten I literally come here for the fast service and have never received it since coming to this specific location and not just that I had to write my order on a paper after just ordering on the drive through screen after waiting here for over 20 minutes

If I could have given no stars, that would be more appropriate. I ordered 2 sandwiches. The first one was supposed to be double meat, it didn't hardly have any on it. The other one was a chicken salad sandwich. The person making the sandwich had no idea what I was wanting. He had to go to the manager to find out what chicken salad was. When he came back, I got pulled chicken with mayo on top ?. The other person doing the veggies kept cursing under his breath. I know everyone has to start somewhere but new people should work the slower shifts and maybe not busy/rush hour times. Probably won't be back for a very long time.

This location is always messing up orders, the customer service was not good, they messed up my sandwich and barely almost didn’t want to remake it that’s not good service.

It was good but did not heat up my sandwich like it’s should tasted like eating cold bread not fun.
It says on there website that the close 10 but I was there at 8 and the told the close 9 plus all the chairs was up I felt rushed
