The sandwich maker was super friendly. My son had a shutdown episode and she helped snap him out of it. That alone earned a nice tip and my respect. Not many people will help like that. We will definitely return. The sandwiches were great!

Terrible! They messed up my order. I ordered a 6 inch turkey sandwich with LESS ranch and they literally put like a gallon of ranch in my sandwich I wasn’t able to eat it and I tried to speak to a manager and they told me there were not managers at the moment.

They took forever.. didn't have buffalo sauce for the Buffalo chicken sandwich I ordered but they guy was nice and gave us 10% discount... the drive thru screen is hard to touch...

The food just hasn't held up, I always get a toasted sandwich and even if I unwrap it in the store to eat it they will be stone cold in the middle? Gotta trow em in the airfryer once I get home or they don't taste right.

Legit was just told they would replace one sub for my order that is messed up... I got a steak sub that is freezing cold that was suppose to be double meat.... which is not double meat and the fact that it's freezing cold not even heated up... I WANT A REFUND..... THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS..... bacon not even heated up.... no manager at the store so no one can help me... I just worked all day and all I wanted was for an easy dinner.... I would like someone to call me back I WANT A REFUND FOR MY FOOD..... ALL 3 FOOTLONGS WAS MESSED UP.... Online order was suppose to pick up at 5:55pm we get to the store and the subs where not even started yet waited 20 minutes in the lobby....
