Had two door dash orders come through at 706 am to be picked up by 715 am at 710 i walked in and the store was just being opened and when I tried to speak to the girls they looked at me and walked away around the corner and never came back out, I had to explain to the customer that the store wasn't processing their orders and I was the only person there. The one was in her pajamas and working, no gloves no hair nets was pretty disgusted with the whole experience and you can damn well believe i threw them under the bus with door dash, very rude and disrespectful employees 😑

Got the avocado chicken burrito . Terrible chicken cooked to death no avocado tortilla tough like rubber. I also got two 5 layers they were bean and a little cheese not what I paid for or ordered.this is the first time since last year when i got lousy food . I won't be back .

Good food but I’m glad I ordered two! Serving size has really decreased over a while now. What used to be a tasty and cheap place to eat is now more expensive than some other chains and drink sizes along with portion size have dipped. Love the food but not the price.

It lasted more than 15 minutes just waiting and there was no one in line inside the place, people just pass by, look and ignore you. I prefer to wait somewhere else than to be looking at them with their angry faces. It seems like you are going to ask them for free. Haha, I don't think I will ever stop at that place in Hamilton in Sioux City again.................

If you want to feel ignored order your food in the dining room and don't use the kiosk. These guys will give you 5 or 6 excuses why they don't have time to take your order. They should lock the doors or take my order and not hassle me.
Didn't like the service it was very unprofessional I understand it's fast food Asa fast food employee myself understand customers don't want to feel rushed or mocked as I was still deciding I repeated the phrase "um" to myself and you could hear another kid mock me and another female kid in the background laugh. As I calmly said calm down because I felt rushed and was being mocked all three individuals laughed. But on a good note food was prepared fast n hot.
So slow here,they're so focused on the drive thru and people being,thrifty and picking up orders they ignore you if you order on the kiosk and want pay cash.

This sucked so I came here to order for some unbeknown reason I get a quesadilla and it’s a burrito instead ok cool whatever the lady asked if I wanted sauce at the drive thru didn’t hear her so I go to the window and asked if that what she was asking immediately gives me attitude and forgets too put sauce in that I ordered and on top of it the burrito I didn’t order is so small it’s laughable also I’m pretty sure I paid extra for it since this ain’t what I ordered

I don’t even know where to begin with this Taco Bell. The portion sizes are an absolute joke—pathetic and borderline insulting. You’d think they were rationing food for the apocalypse. I ordered a meal, and what I got wouldn’t satisfy a toddler.
On top of that, the food was thrown together so carelessly it looked like they didn’t even try. Ingredients were scattered everywhere, and it tasted just as bad as it looked—completely uninspired and disappointing.
To make matters worse, no sauces were included in the bag, despite specifically asking for them. How hard is it to throw in a few packets of sauce?
This place is a total rip-off. I’d recommend avoiding it unless you enjoy paying too much for a half-hearted excuse for food.
