We had a mobile order and wanted to place another order but they said we could only place the mobile and would have to go back and wait another 30-60min in line to place the rest of the order. They then had to refund our mobile order, which is lot harder may I add instead of just giving to us what we paid for. On top of that I ordered 12 soft shells and they gave me hard shells with not even a half a scoop of meat in any of them. There was literally more cheese than meat. I also emphasized I wanted extra hot sauce 3 times and they then forgot to give me hot sauce and when I asked for it they gave me terrible attitude. I get that it’s busy at the time we went but if you don’t like your job and you don’t want to be there during those hours, that is not my fault and as someone who works in customer service would never do this to anyone. It was just ridiculous honestly.

The food was made incorrectly, snotty ass workers, left out items and didn’t even let us know. Everything was messed up. The payment, the store, the workers, the food. ALL OF THE ABOVE. And I love taco bell so this makes me so sad to say this but i am so mad 💔💔

I went thre drivethru ordered 2 nacho fries and 3 chalupas the fries weren't cooked and the chalupas shells where so hard you couldn't eat it then when I called the night Manger was rude and escalated the situation instead of fixing the problem and hung up on me this store is a joke iowa do better

I actually like Taco Bell but I only come here when I’m really craving it because 9 times out of 10 I get half of what I order anyway. Really makes you not want to come back. Do they just not listen or not care? Maybe both.
Came in today for lunch and dining room or drive thru wasn't even busy. Went to counter to order and the little boy doing drive thru and some other woman doing another area. Just looked right us and ignored us. Acting like drive thru was so important. It would of only taken 1 minute to take our order. U got some lazy ones there. And us customers shouldn't have to use the stupid kiosk. Learn to go back to the old ways I use to do to my customers. And have a positive face to face communication with them when they're ordering on front counter
