Went through the drive through tonight 11/28/25 @ 9:46pm and I ordered a number 6 both the Chalupas were cold and disgusting it was like they had them made up and sitting in a fridge.

You guys are the only taco bell to stop dping the 5 dollar online box past midnight ive noticed. Yet I can still order everything it would come with, so why the hell is it never avalibleon the app past midnight? Not to mention, every time me and my friends would order something, food would be missing, wrong, or just straight up a mess and thrown in at full force. Gordon Taco bell workers need to get their shit together and have a better attitude.

We had a couple of mobile orders we were trying to pick up through the drive through. Usually we are able to get all the orders in one pass at any other location, but this one was different. We instead got attitude from the worker and had to go through the drive through each mobile order. When we received our food at the window, they also were silent and had the same bad attitude. We are not likely to return to this Taco Bell.

Ordered my food at 10:20 PM, arrived to a long and slow line. Was told at the window to wait up ahead. Waited for over 25 minutes with no food, had to leave to not be late to work. Came back tomorrow asking for either my food or my money back - was stared at like I had asked for the moon. Was given a corporate number to call which was not available on the Sunday I came in. Absolutely atrocious customer service and uncaring staff.
Horrible food. The place smells funny. I saw how they prepared food and the kitchen and it was all messy and not hygienic.

this location always messes up my order somehow 9 times out of 10. whether it's wrong ingredients, missing items, or making the order sloppy and wrong. came here for years and they have been messing up for years. not worth the spent money.
