The guy that took my order had the same gloves on he used to handle my money, touch my food putting it onto the grill press thing, sneeze into his hand, touch his hair and then all the other surfaces. Disgusting. (I’m not naive to think that doesn’t happen more places than just here but I don’t want to be watching you do it either)

Never thrilled about this location off HWY 75 in Sioux City.Staff always seem to carry negative attitudes, lack of care in service, and incorrect simple orders. I was reminded why I haven't been back in a while. Very disappointing.

Was hired last Saturday. Manager said he would send me my paperwork and said when I got it filled he would call me to tell me when I start come to find out I got on to change my banking my onboarding paperwork was gone. The manager canceled my paperwork with absolutely no explanation... taco bell is the trashy and most undertrained company I've ever worked at or ate at. However I have contacted corporate about this situation. Save your self some time and do not apply at this location

Food used to be much better before. Got multiple items with barely anything in it. Fries were cold. Management needs to pay attention and bring things back on track before it's too late.
The guy at the counter here, was awesome. I didn't get his name but he was hispanic, and put up with my rude friend perfectly. My friend was basically a women's monthly undergarment, and while I did my best to deflect that, your employee was absolutely great, I didn't get his na,e, but you should give that guy a raise immediately.

Best Taco Bell in the city, wish was open till 1 or 2am though:( Been to every other after hours in Sioux City and is nothing compared to here. You guys make orders correctly, don't miss a thing or don't add extra taco/burritos people didn't order, n y'all always on point with the hot sauce. I'd drive 30 mins to get Taco Bell here then anywhere else it's so fire.

Problems here, top to bottom, clerks could care less if u are there, drink machine not working so I asked an employee she said “I know we’re out of a lot of stuff”. I replied I needed that information before I paid for a drink she turned and walked away. 8 customers in the store and no one got a drink. Food average, service -10, cleanliness -5. AVOID this place.

Food wasn't made right after being asked if it could be a 2nd time. Nachos barely had any meat or toppings, son said it was mostly chips..not sure what they did to the quesadilla if they ran it over before giving it to us, but man it was flat as hell with hardly anything in it. Won't be back here anymore.
