we did a mobile order for our food yesterday and we’re just completely disappointed. we had to wait about an extra 10 minutes after we got there for the potato oles just for them to be as hard as rocks. the tacos were smothered in lettuce and were all cold. we ordered a meat & POTATO burrito just for it to only have “one” potato in it. we didn’t get any hot sauce like we requested and the donut bites were soggy. the only “good” things we got were the churros and the spicy chicken griller burrito. i’ve tried calling twice now to speak to a manager but no response. this was my first time back at taco john’s after awhile and will most likely not come back again.

BingBong Dingdong

Usually, my go-to for quick Tex-Mex, but today, it was not a good day. I ordered 2 orders of refried beans. I was the only one in the drive-thru. Received my order and pulled into the parking lot to eat, and, unfortunately, received 2 bean burritos instead. Returned to the drive thru, and they quickly gave me my correct order and let me keep the 2 burritos, which was ok as I gave them to a friend. Will return. Probably just got into a hurry on this day. Recommend this place. Even when busy, they are highly rated on good, hot, fresh food.

Where do I even start…First I pull up there’s nobody in the drive thru and I am immediately greeted by someone with a negative attitude practically yelling thru the intercom. I said one sec please, so I can review the menu. The person then continues yelling asking what I want, I simply order just to get past this part of the drive thru. After reaching the window I encounter the girl, long black hair and tattoos, who clearly has no idea what common courtesy is. I ask for a receipt and never get one. So then when I get my food I ask for a receipt again and get ignored. The other girl who worked there said she would get my receipt and takes super long then proceeds to tell me it’s broken and shows me a blank receipt. This is fine, but couldn’t believe how getting a receipt or telling someone the machine is broken is such a hard task for the first girl. Not only this but the potatoes oles were burnt and mixed with chicken…Due to the lack of friendliness and clear eye rolling as I pulled away I will not be returning to this location… I won’t ever be back.

This is the worst taco John’s in town. Went today and they gave me the wrong order, I realized before I left so I got back in the drive though. Got my food and checked before I left and half the stuff was still missing. Had to just go inside to make sure everything was good. It was a mad house and they only had like one car in the drive through. It felt like that one episode of SpongeBob when they ask SpongeBob what his name is and he forgets and all the SpongeBob’s in his head are going crazy trying to remember his name , after he was told to only remember “fine dining and breathing “

They forgot to roll the churro in the sugar mix. Taste nothing but grease. Can’t eat it. Very disappointing. Not worth the drive to make it right. Pic #3 is off their website. Look at the difference

Got a burrito for the road... got down the road and it was HORRIBLE!! first, the tortilla smelled and tasted like bleach! Btw, I'm allergic to bleach. I spent 11 dollars to throw something in the trash. By the time I tried to take a bite, it was too late. We were already on our way back to South Dakota. It's unfortunate, because the restaurants in South Dakota are so much better.

At one Of this taco johns manger was awsom didnt get her name wished i did anyone check our food thought i order two burritons on furteional i didnt but the manger had them made another oneThis people where fast awsom to. get it doneThank you for awsom meal The only thing i could say is go easy on the salt with the potato oal kind little salt Other wise that it was awsom As many times we passedSioux CityIowa we didnt know thay had a Taco Johns cause you dont see the sing else your face towards Mcdonalds

I ordered a super burrito combo meal. The potato oles were cooked so long that they were hard super crunchy not crispy. The burrito came out cold. The tortilla was cold like it hadn't even been heated. And the inside was not much warmer than lukewarm.$12 for a meal like this makes me think I should go just to Taco Bell. Probably would get some food there cheaper and in better quality than this.

On Wednesday the 20th, I made an online order. Everything went through on my end, I even received an email with my order# and that it was paid. However, on the stores end it did not come through. A few years ago this had happened to me with the online ordering at a different store, but there was a huge difference this time in on how it was handled.The manager, Jen, and her crew fixed the issue right away without hesitation. No complaints, just fast action on fixing it. I know things happen, especially with technology, but this team handled it very well. Thank you to Jen and her team that afternoon for making my experience run smoothly even if there was a hiccup.
