Good food but in the mornings I go through drive through and there is a line of cars so let me ask you this do you only have 2: people working until lunch time because it's like there is only one person in drive and the other one is doing the cooking

Yesterday we brought two taco salads, they usually are delicious, but the shell was old and tasted ranson.. Why would use them ? This is unacceptable!!! TB is known for its good food. They really bothered us ,couldn't eat them. This is no way to treat customers. This needs to posted and let customers know you are using old food. Susan Lisle

This Taco John's is terrible. Got to drive thru with nobody in front of me (i dont think they have dine in), so i was the only customer. Waitied 15 minutes to get my #6 combo with a churro. On top of that, the grilled chicken burrito was just absolutely filled with wayyy too much cheese. Terrible experience and would not come back here. Plus the #6 medium combo with a churro was almost $18!

They keep the bathroom locked and won't let you use it until after you pay. No thanks, I'll just go a few doors down to Wendy's. The food and service and value is better there, anyways.

Received the wrong order. Bad enough I waited for 40mins to get my order I had both kids in the car! Had to go back in because they forgot my cheese and sour. Only later to realize they put hot sauce on my kids meal‼️ March 16 7:25pm
2nd time going here, they are right down the street, and they forget my food. The bag is stuffed with 3 other meals so I can't exactly empty it to check. Get home, missing food, call, ringing for 2 minutes, go there, completely empty. No issue giving me my food, but no offer to comp anything for the inconvenience.

Taco salad was half full , tiny bit of hamburger .. The outer shell was also broke , lettuce was old . Got home , immediately called them and they said coupons will be in the mail .. It’s been over 2 wks and I am not happy .. This was the Gordon Drive store .
