Taco salad was half full , tiny bit of hamburger .. The outer shell was also broke , lettuce was old . Got home , immediately called them and they said coupons will be in the mail .. It’s been over 2 wks and I am not happy .. This was the Gordon Drive store .

Picture of the food on the menu, was not what i got. The potato ole's were old, (maybe only use the fryer oil, a limited number of times, or install a system that thoroughly recycles the oil) the burrito alone cost over $13 and was not worth it. Why didn't i complain and get something else, i was too tired to wait for anything else. I understand that a new company owns the franchise, but they must allow their employees to deliver a top quality product, or our dollar, will go somewhere else. Despite this, the lobby and mens room were clean.

More and more this establishment has come to disappoint me. Most of the time the employees get the order wrong and the food is dripping with grease. Today I asked for 2 of the sour cream and cheese combo cups and received 2 cheese cups and 2 sour cream cups. I asked for a receipt and was told by the employee working drive up that he was unable to print one for me and thought that giving me back the coupon some how remedy the situation. I worked for this Taco Johns and the one at the Southern Hills Mall and that level of customer service and quality of food would have been acceptable!!

For the 4th time in a row my burrito that i have asked for no sour cream and it has been on the receipt as well has had sour cream on it i expect it to be right if i pay $14 for a burrito and it only took them 10 minutes to make it so i could have went to any mexican place on the strip and got 2 burritos cheaper and they would have got it right

Taco John's..food is good, but the people can't get anything right. They forget stuff, and Make sure you get the right soda before you drive away. Apparently they can't distinguish between regular and diet mountain dew. Wouldn't be a huge deal, except I'm a type 1 diabetic.. mountain dew isn't so great except for low blood sugar's. Sure I should check before I leave, but when they read it back and look at a screen with what I ordered why should I really have to do some of their job.
