Took over four tries to get one order right of the simplest taco and had to pay each time.
Supreme burrito. Added beans. Beans rock hard? 5 chicken chunks.. medium meal. 15 bucks...... shell was huge food little
Good kind of expensive but what isn't nowadays
Odd taste to soda. Lemonade was great.
Atmosphere and staff was very excellent and up to par. However all that we ordered was potato Oles and both orders that you can tell were older than expected. Either they sat in front of the heat lamp for too long and completely dried out. Or they were freed all over again to reheat them
So i stopped going to tj's because the prices have gotten out of hand. Why is the meat and potato burrito combo, medium size $14.10 with tax? I mean, I can get better food at a sit down style restaurant for not much more. I made the mistake of giving them another shot today.
So you would think with higher pricing the food quality would be better too. Nope!! I ate the soft shell taco and it wasn't bad, although I asked for sauce packets at the drive through twice and didn't get them. The kicker as to why I am writing this beyond the cost, is the meat and potato burrito didn't have and potatoes in it. Yes I ate it, but have decided that taco johns will no longer get any of my business.
Employees were very kind and patient, which goes a long way and makes it all a little more worth eating here. I was slow to order unsure of what I wanted and they were more than willing to help and suggest options or list ingredients in certain items when asked. 10/10 Thanks!

This is one of the worst locations in the tri-state area. If not all of TJ's. Order your food for tomorrow, cause you're sure as hell not getting it today.

Worst food quality ever. Bean burritos weren't even warm. No cheese and hardly any onions. They were mostly just the shell. Used drive up, paid and sat for a few minutes. I was thinking the foods gonna be hot.
Not happening. Worst taco johns ever. I been eating at TJs since gas was 33 cents a gallon. I know that people from Sioux Falls bought Sioux City stores.
Food was a big disappointment. My wife and 2 kids worked TJs in their lives. People coming off the interstate will have a reason to skip Sioux City. Bummer I was looking forward to a good bean burrito!
Order light salt on oles and got them salty barely warm.

Ugh ... what happened to good tacos? It's been, I'd say, 4 years since I've eaten at a TJ's. I was randomly hungry for tacos - taco Tuesday. Wish I would have gone elsewhere. The food was just ugh, blah tasting! The service at this location was super - fast and friendly! Clean restaurant & bathrooms. It's just bad food chain food.
