Jaci was our waitress tonight and she was such a sweetheart. Very personable and attentive to our needs. Food was amazing as always :)
My daughter and I love Texas roadhouse so I took her there for her 21st birthday. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life in a Texas Roadhouse. It was later at night and pretty empty, but the service was horrible. The place was messy and the bartender was rude. I called the manager and talked to him before I posted this.
I told him he ruined her 21st birthday. He said he would make it right. Never followed through. Now I know why the staff treated us the way they did....read full review
I would not Recommend this Texas Road house. We had longer wait time even after we got the text to be seated. I had to ask twice why we weren’t being seated. We then got seated with out buns and had to ask our server to get us some. She disappeared so I went and grabbed them myself. We were also seated with only 2 sets of silverware, there was 5 of us in the group we had to ask for more. We eventually had to ask another server to get us more rolls.
