I ate here for dinner on 11/13. I sat the bar and the service was excellent! I ordered the 16oz Fort Worth Ribeye (cooked to Medium) with loaded baked potatoe and had house salad (not pictured). The food was amazing and the service was excellent when they were busy!

Made a reservation for 6 people at 6:30pm. Hostesses seated multiple groups before us so we did not get seated until closer to 7:30. Found out later that there were seating friends groups before us. Talked to the manager Will about this and he had absolutely no idea on what was going on. Place has terrible customer service. Food wasn't even worth the wait. Failure on Wills part. Doesn't make a difference but I wont step foot into Sioux City location again.

My daughter and I love Texas roadhouse so I took her there for her 21st birthday. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life in a Texas Roadhouse. It was later at night and pretty empty, but the service was horrible. The place was messy and the bartender was rude. I called the manager and talked to him before I posted this.
I told him he ruined her 21st birthday. He said he would make it right. Never followed through. Now I know why the staff treated us the way they did. Thankfully there were a few patrons who forced the staff to participate in the traditional “Texas Roadhouse” birthday celebration. Bartender was extremely rude to us all .

Tonight we went to Texas Roadhouse in Sioux City to have a meal. We waited quite a while for someone to take our order. We even ask other waitresses. After several minutes we had to ask again. Finally someone did come there was an apology but that waitress didn't seem to be in any hurry to get drinks or extra bread for us. We finally did leave without eating but what was more concerning was the manager was right by our table and seemed to know what was going on and never came over to apologize or to help us. I'm disappointed in the poor service and it will be a while before we eat there again

When my friend and I arrived, the parking lot was packed. We expected to have to wait a bit for a table, but we were seated right away! Our server arrived very promptly to take drink orders and was happy to help us in any way he could.
My friend ordered a New York Strip and I ordered a Sirloin. We expected this to take a while, but we were pleasantly surprised with how fast the steaks arrived! We only had to wait about 10 minutes.
Overall we had a great experience today. I've been to this location several times and today was the best experience! It is definitely worth the drive to come eat here.
