Parking: The parking, compared to how much people were there, was quite spacious with tons of area to park.

Kid-friendliness: The snow cones had plenty of wild flavors, and kind staff. With it being really fun to be there!

There was only one young lady working and she was swamped. But this was SO worth it... amazing, amazing sno cones. I want to try one of every flavor!

I love Tropical Sno! The ice is a different consistency than local competitors...it is "softer", if that makes sense. They have so many flavor varieties, it's almost overwhelming. Variety is a good thing though, so I can't complain there. The staff are very friendly, and sweet. There are just a few very, very minor recommendations, which is the reason for 4/5 stars:1.The wait time and line. This is basically a good problem for a business to have, but the line gets backed up quick and then you have to wait a while to even order, and then wait again for your Tropical Sno. Often times, it looks like there is only one person working, so it makes sense. Another set of hands at busy times would be nice for your customers (if you're able, of course).2. Accessibility of extras like napkins and straws. They automatically give you a spoon, and you have to request the rest. This can correlate with number one as well. If there's a long line, it's hard to just jump in and ask for a straw or napkin. It's not as big of a deal if they are not busy, of course. A little station, or even something on the counter would be helpful.3. It would be nice to have an easier to read list of "concoctions" as they're named online. The list is also smaller print, so you can't even see it until you get up to the window to order. Making it a available elsewhere could help with the line as well. **Note: I'm not talking about the regular menu board that sits on the ground, that one is great. This is the one that is typed on paper and posted near the order window.**Also noteworthy, they do have a couple picnic tables set up to sit at.

My family and I really enjoyed our snow treats. I must say it is better than rainbow snow. The shaved ice is softer and the flavors are pretty good. It's much sweeter, but the combination are right on. Definitely going back to try other flavors. So far out of the three we had, the strawberry shortcake was the best. The lady was very friendly as well.

Recommended a black cherry and coke flavor! Delicious! Never a disappointment to me and my kids love it too!

Hands down one of my favorite guilty pleasures. They are fast and extremely friendly. 10 times better than Rainbow Snow.
