This is beyond the worst restaurant I have ever been to, south sioux is better than this. And that is quite ridiculous The manager and the hiring manager are severely underqualified. Have no respect for their customers, or their hiring applicants.

I have been going to this Wendy’s for years, though I live way across town from this location that serves in the school district of the West High Wolverines and its neighboring schools in the district. It is just a few minutes away from my dad’s workplace by car from the downtown area. If you are on your way to school in this school district and want to pick up breakfast when you’re not in the mood or don’t have the time to cook at home, stop at this Wendy’s while on the way to school after you get your driver’s license or if you are carpooling with your friends. This hamburger joint for fast food blows away the McDonald’s nearby that once had the PlayPlace before they took it out. Skip the cold round patties at the Frozen Arches and get fresh, never-frozen square beef and other delicious food at this business that prioritizes quality over profits.

I hadn't had Wendy's for years until August 11th 2025, we were extremely disappointed in the food we ordered, had 2 Baconator combos and a #1 double combo, the beef was old and didn't taste good at all, fries were cold. Almost 60 dollars for 3 people to eat and when I called to complain they said there was nothing they could do. Needless to say we absolutely won't eat here again and its sad because Wendy's was one of my favorite places to get a burger and I also love Dave's chili, the chili was the only thing that wasn't bad when I came through last. I will say the service was decent but that dont make up for lousy food! What do they think people can't tell they're serving old burgers? They looked as if they were in a warmer the day b4 then refrigerated and reused Monday the 11th.

I finally tried a baconator on my birthday! Stupid diabetes and heart failure! It was good. I also had a baked potato and a side of chili. I think the fact that I didn't take photos tells how much I liked my meal!

This is one of those locations that was quite disappointing. The food was not great. It was sloppily put together. The people who worked there were not very kind. I felt as if I was a burden. The dining room area was not clean, either. I don't recommend this location.
If you want a classic American burger, I really do think this is the best spot! A couple Dave's Singles hold a man over quite well.

They are quick and kind! I go for breakfast before work somedays, and I'm not always the most punctual even though I try 😅 but they always give me a quality interaction and meal! I can count on them to get me what I need and not be stuck in a drive-thru and at work on time.
