So this is what yall call a baconator? Looks like bacon in a retirement home.

The cook staff was loud, obnoxious, used foul language, and very disrespectful to the manager. One of the kitchen staff was not wearing gloves and blew his nose without washing his hands; this was taken up by the manager who had the man wash his hands while the manager replaced our food.

There was one young man who was respectful to the manager and customers, took orders, and cleaned the dining room. It was the one reassuring point in our visit.

Wrong food received in drive thru & 3 items missing. Went inside to get corrected. Still received incorrect order, just didnt know till we got home. Coke taste like trash.....should of went to McDonald's.

Ordered double cheeseburger. No onion.
1st order single burger extra onions.
- took it back. Lady was arguing with me about my name. As if I picked up the wrong order. Then wanted to just add a burger. No thank. Fresh please.
2nd time. Went to sit down open the packaged burger. Yep, another single loaded up with onions.
Back to the counter. This time I asked to confirm. “A double cheeseburger is 2 burgers ? Yep. Ok.
Still got loaded with onions and they opened the package and tossed another burger in. Folded the wrapper and handed it over.
Be the last time I stop here.

Been in place 3 times in the last 2 weeks. All i want us fresh off the grill

Back today 15th sept. I did not go to Wendy's . They have refused to cook me fresh off the grill burger. Start asking for the same things call corporate and complain.

Screwed up every part of my order despite being the only person in the Drive-Thru. Never got a receipt so I can't prove it and they refuse the answer to their phone. If I wasn't just driving through. I'd be in their lobby making a scene

How do you mess up your own special? Paid for the 8$ 2 JBC value meal . It took them an additional 10 minutes to deliver the food to my car despite me being 1 of 2 in line at the time and then didnt add bacon. If I wasnt in a rush id have asked for a refund because this is just sad.

People there need to work on their customer service skills. Other than that it was good. Wish they were so dinner or lunch all day like they used to. Wasn't really in the mood for breakfast but I had to settle for it

The foods always yummy at Wendys. If you dropped me into this restaurant with a blind fold on, I swear I couldn't tell you what restaurant I was in. Clean but no decor whatsoever. When did that become a thing?

I just went through the drive through around 12 something this afternoon and the people here absolutely killed it. There was a huge line and they knocked it out in what literally felt like 5 minutes and everything was hot and fresh and the few people I did interact with were awesome. Y’all really deserve a pat on the back!!
