I came through drive through and ordered my usual order and upon receiving the food, they gave me the wrong sandwich to my order, I had clearly stated my order but was asked multiple times to repeat and my order was still wrong, the person on the drive through has absolutely no idea what they are doing and honestly needs to be trained better, the order was a train wreck.

They should not force people to use the kiosk machine and say that they don’t take cash that’s why they have you using the kiosk machine. I will not be going back. If this is how restaurants gonna be doing their businesses, making us work kiosk machine should be an option not mandatory.

We were traveling on Easter and honestly haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years. The staff was friendly, and worked quickly. The food was hot, the fries were great, and the apple salad was fresh with flavor. In full transparency we expected much less of an experience on a holiday night with any fast food restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised to have a great experience. Well done team who worked that night. We will be back.

Ordered the Dave’s double. The onions and tomatoes were cut so thin, could barely see and taste them. I knew it would not look anything like the commercial, but it was more disappointing than I thought and will not order again.

This Wendy’s is on point! Idk what it was, but my food tasted EXCELLENT - better than at other Wendy’s - and my wife said the same (and we know our Wendy’s ?). Def will be back if we’re in the area.

I go into this wendys and every time I do I go for just the baked potato and my family gets there burgers this is the second time all sold out of potatoes and when you ask them they get snotty and think it's funny rude people for night

Found out when got order that they no longer have grilled chicken. Our mistake for not checking. Wife pick off breading. Manager refunded without us even asking. Great customer service!
