“We were traveling on Easter and honestly haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years. The staff was friendly, and worked quickly. The food was hot, the fries were great, and the apple salad was fresh with flavor. In full transparency we expected much less of an experience on a holiday night with any fast food restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised to have a great experience. Well done team who worked that night. We will be back.“
“The last time I went here I was asking about something without pickles and all that weren't real salty because I have kidney and liver issues and I'm not supposed to have too much sodium and whoever took my order was very pleasant to speak to and very patient and took my order and was very very kind and then when I got to the window it was actually a teenager and I I made sure that a complimented person and went from there although I wish I could have got French fries with no salt cuz I really enjoy french fries but every time you ask any of these companies not just yours do no salt on fries they act like it's going to kill them but otherwise the food was good and if I didn't have this issue I would have got the bacon burger the big one I love bacon but now I can't have it unless it's low sodium“
“Posting as a dasher - Honestly, the 3 Wendy's in town are great with Dashers. They see and recognize that we are Dashers right away. They communicate if the order is ready or how long of a wait it will be. They are always nice and friendly. Most places in town (especially Chick-fil-A) should take notes from how you guys treat Dashers. Thank you.“
