Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

Ordered wings for a birthday party from the Plank Rd location in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and needless to say, they weren’t ready on the day of pickup. After requesting the order be prepared while I wait, I was told they were unable to fulfill the order the same day… therefore, I requested a refund. A manager was called and she agreed the best solution was to grant a refund… this was Sept 28th and I m still waiting on a refund. I notified corporate office, waiting for them to resolve. I am very disappointed in this company. I will never do business with them in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. We arrived around 11 AM, and the woman working at the front was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. She seemed irritated and completely uninterested in helping us. Her attitude made us feel like we were bothering her just by ordering food. We expect at least basic courtesy when spending money somewhere, and this interaction was anything but that. It’s not the first time I’ve experienced unprofessionalism at this location, but this visit was by far the worst. I hope management seriously addresses customer service here, because this kind of treatment is unacceptable and definitely makes me think twice about returning.
Her description: Black, security kind of big, short and wears a beanie or an head band.
Btw we wanted to dine in but she never asked if it was dine in or take out she just packed a bag for take out.

The crew here did a real nice job taking care of us! Under promised and over delivered it was great? Nothing obviously wrong here, everything was in order, place was in nice, clean and neat. Staff was good back guys kicked butt(they got the 5 star on service)and food was good and hot. It did seem pretty busy but now that I know I know. Would recommend for good quick bite when you don't want fast food but quick on the is also option here. Im not fond of the role of paper towels instead of napkins but it makes sense!

I waited until they were established several months to try Sioux City Wingstop for my first time. I’ve ordered mobile app about 4 times and it has been excellent every time. This place is ALWAYS busy so be prepared for a 20-30 min wait. My app always says 27+ min but it’s usually ready in 15 min when I arrive. Wingstop has the BEST ranch dip, hands down. I LOVE that I can order the veggies (carrots & celery)instead of fries. It is a generous serving and I always have a 2nd meal with leftovers from either the 6 pc boneless or 3 piece strips $10 meal deal, well worth it! My favorite flavors so far are Lemon Pepper, Mexican Street Corn and Hawaiian. Customer service has been excellent. You’re always greeted upon entering and the crew sounds like they’re having fun, which is great to hear. Tiny dining area is the only downfall, but they seem to be 90% carryout/ delivery.

it the one in belleville il for some reason they always be missing food or it dont be cooked,and they have no working phone number.
One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!

The food was good, but it was drenched in oil and grease. The wait time was really long. I waited 20 minutes for my food, and then when I got another order of 3 chicken sandwiches, the wait time was 25 minutes, and there were 3 people in the restaurant.

The guy working the fryers was awesome. Believe it or not, it was our first time trying Wingstop. He made the food taste better with his high energy and personable demeanor. The food was spectacular. Can’t wait to go again.

I've only eaten here once and the description of the heat of the wings was misleading. They were spicy!!! But very yummy. Do a lot of deliveries from here though. We are happy Wingstop came to Sioux City!
