Dropped off a deer to be processed last sat and the deer was done today(fri). Fastest processor I’ve ever experienced. Everyone there is extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone who needs a deer processed.

Wonderful local meat market/butcher shop like used to be in every town. The meat is outstanding; a little more expensive than box stores, but worth it. They also butcher & process your deer, with numerous options.And the catering is like no other. Had a whole hog roasted for a daughter's wedding......what a hit!As Mikey used to say, "Try it, you'll like it!"Cheers

We purchased a boneless prime rib for our Chrustmas dinner. I will say this was the best prime rib we have ever had. The prime rib was perfectly seasoned. All my family agreed. I will certainly purchase again.
