It never fails I eat a roast beef here and shortly I'm in the toilet. Anything else and it's ok. I've never in almost 2 years have I got a Roast beef that was good or cooked right it's always brown and overcooked, it's suppose to be slightly pink.

Went for lunch at 11:45am.. ordered French dip. The au jus dip was colored water, no flavor. When I took it back up to the counter, I was told they bought it at Walmart and given half my money back. Will NEVER go back

Went through the drive through tonight, the only thing I received that I ordered was my drink. Everything else was someone else's order. Called arbys. Told the manager trevor of this, no apology for them messing up my order. Dude has 0 to no people skills, weird interactions with this guy. Live 5 miles outside of town so a decent way back in to get the food I actually ordered. What a chore, won't be back for quite some time. Horrible customer service. Trevor sucks.

I usually like arbys. Today was not a good experience. First, the greeting- horrible. Anything else? Anything else? Anything else? Felt rushed and rude. Then the wait time, I went at 1:15ish... it was pretty close to a 5 minute wait. Then, I had to remind the girl I had au jus with my French dip meal, no biggie. But I ordered a cheese sauce as well that never made it home and the rootbeer was pretty much water. Disappointed.

Clean business and clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Usually, the food is always great, but I ate there a couple of days ago, and the roast beef was really pale compared to the normal color. It was lacking the roasted taste. I didn't get sick or anything else bad... just the unexciting roast beef sandwich was not the usual food there.

Not a busy night. 4 cars sitting in parking lot for dining in. 3 cars in drive through, I was the first car. It took 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and 1 fry. Instead of running orders out as they come, they were being held to be taken out at the same time. That process doesn't make sense to me. If you're in a hurry, plan on waiting at least 15 minutes for food.
