Took an hr to get lunch! This has happened multiple times on many different occasions! When I questioned why it took an hr to get lunch the driver just said it’s lunch time and left! Very unprofessional! Frustrating when you work at a school and only have a small amount of time to eat and miss lunch!

Henery was rude and very passive and could not even inform me of the free add-ons available. He denied my rewards on my Jimmy John’s account and claimed they were only usable for online orders? Due to this I will not be returning.

This isn't the first time this has happened with no notice at all. I order my food at 12:15 and it was supposedly out for delivery at 1 and now at 1:45 I had to call and cancel my order.

The staff was so polite and professional.We had a lot of fun!We read every funny sign that was in the dining area.Will definitely return.Take a sweater if you get cold easily??On a hot summer day,they are generous with the AC?Great customer service too♥️

2nd time I've had to call and make a complaint about delivery drivers not knocking and/or using my door bell when dropping off order. Tonight my order was dropped off and sitting on my porch for who knows how long. Only way I knew my order was dropped off is because I took my trash out and saw it. Called and spoke with the assistant manager who copped up an attitude about it. He told me he was the one who personally dropped off my order and guaranteed me he knocked. My front door is steps away from my living room, there was no knock or door bell ring. He told me he'd let his manager know about this "situation", yea.. right.. bc it keeps happening

When you walk in you are always greeted with a friendly hello by one of the staff! By the time I’m done placing my order and go walk over to fill up my pop, my sandwich is already done being made! Their delivery drivers are also so kind and professional Truly the best staff at Spencer Jimmy John’s!
