When you walk in you are always greeted with a friendly hello by one of the staff! By the time I’m done placing my order and go walk over to fill up my pop, my sandwich is already done being made! Their delivery drivers are also so kind and professional Truly the best staff at Spencer Jimmy John’s!
Delivery drivers are very unprofessional! Special instructions such as please do not knock, are rarely followed. Cash is left for a tip and they are to busy circling "no tip" in two spots on the receipt that they don't see the cash that was left. Food is great, delivery service needs improvement and professionalism!
