I just placed a McDelivery order. One item was missing and one pop looked like somebody took a couple big drinks out of it. I tried to contact the store but the number is disconnected or not working. Door Dash told me to contact the store but kind of hard to do when they don't answer the phone. They need to update their contact information and ensure all items are there. Very disappointed.

This place almost every order forgets either a sandwich or fry sometimes both for my meals for the last 6+ months now. Not too mention if I do actually call in because yet again they forgot something/ messed up my burger they never credit my money back or credit my account for the food we were missing etc. The only reason I go there still is the limited choices in our town for options when I don’t feel like cooking and if you use the app you save 20% on your order. 9/10 they forget something or make it wrong. Rude management staff and workers half the time. The store is usually dirty. I do not recommend going here whatsoever!!!!

Refused to tell me what the toy in the happy meal was. It is in a clear plastic bag with a number on the bag. How hard would it have been to look in the box? It wasn't busy. There was no one in line and only only one car in the drive-through. She was talking to a couple of her coworkers. If it had been the right one, I would have bought the happy meal.

This is the 2nd time in three days I didn’t receive all of my food. I live 30 mins away so I couldn’t go back. I tried calling and no one answered. I didn’t receive two happy meals this time. I’m not the type of person that sits there and goes through everything to make sure they gave me all of the food I paid for but I guess at this McDonald’s you have to.
Always I order a large caramel ice coffe and they give me medium coffe and I ask for extra caramel and is simple 😡

Went through the drive-thru around 10 and ordered 5 breakfast sandwiches. When we checked our bag there was only 4. I went inside and let them know that there was only 4 not 5 eventually they said “no all of them are in there, ones just not labeled” i went on to tell them again that theres only 4 and we got 5. The manager eventually said “i guess we’ll give you another sandwich”

The manager was shouting at the employees, and there was a massive wait for curbside..I walked inside to get a fork and some napkins as I didn't see a way to request one in the app (no big deal) and there were several people exchanging food because their orders were incorrect. Lo and behold, I get my order. Missing several items.
