Ordered online with curbside pickup. Waited 20 minutes and went inside to find out the couldn't find my order. Plus side, they prepared my order and apologized stating they would look into it. Must have found the order as it showed on my account the following morning as complete.

Hawkeyes 2015

Stood in line for half an hour was late back to work because I only get half an hour. Finally had to say something to get my food. They completely lost my order. I was pissed. I’m a regular. I probably just won’t be showing up for a while. I wasn’t the only one standing there for half an hour. They lost other people‘s orders too like what the hell. This happened in the afternoon.

Yikes McDonalds!
I ordered curbside and it took about 12 minutes for them to get me my order which I'm not too upset about. I get it. I ordered a double bacon quarter pounder no pickles, a large fry, and a diet Dr. Pepper. It was about 11:20am when they gave me my food after I ordered at 11:08. My fries were actually cold and my burger had pickles and it didn't have a top bun...it was two bottom buns. It didn't seem too busy either. I didn't mind the wait cuz I thought I'd be getting fresh fries, ya know? But to get back to work just to discover what was in the bag...yikes McDonalds.

Very slow service. The kid who was doing the outside food runs was very nice and polite. This Snack Wrap is beyond depressing- about 3 shreds of lettuce, 5 single sprinkles of cheese and hardly any sauce.

The person at the second drive thru window (Kayden? Caden?) was AWESOME! They were having a syrup issue with the drive thru sprite & it was just slightly off colored . I was uncomfortable bc I have been sick the past couple days and they not only offered, but went and made a fresh sprite in the lobby to ensure I was happy!! Customer service at its finest!!!

I ordered my food from the drive-thru because I am on crutches and I specifically stated how I wanted it made and repeated it and had them repeat it back to me. I left the drive-thru and checked my order and it wasn't right. The drive-thru was super busy so I had to park my truck get out and use my crutches to go into the restaurant and was ignored to begin with and then I got attitude and heard someone say. (He didn't order it that way) and then they took their sweet time remaking it and just plopped it down in front of me

The food was good but it shouldn't take 15 minutes to get your food delivered to the drive thru waiting area. And they put the slowest person to deliver them.
