The person at the second drive thru window (Kayden? Caden?) was AWESOME! They were having a syrup issue with the drive thru sprite & it was just slightly off colored . I was uncomfortable bc I have been sick the past couple days and they not only offered, but went and made a fresh sprite in the lobby to ensure I was happy!! Customer service at its finest!!!
At McDonald’s, the grills are ablaze, cooking up delights that amaze. Burgers so juicy, they deserve their own phrase, and fries that earn the highest of praise. It’s a place of joy, a fast-food craze, where every meal feels like a sunny day’s rays. So hats off to the crew, for their speedy ways, making every visit a delicious phase!
We had a pretty big mess up with our order and had been waiting over 30 minutes for a mobile order. There was some kind of technical glitch that caused it. The restaurant apologized and gave us a refund. They were very professional about it and made it right. Good job.
