Went in there this morning and lady says can't do Frappes today. So I said I was in yesterday hoping you had it fixed. I then said a coffee shop with out a frappe machine id like a butcher not having a knife. The lady looks at me and says you know not everybody drinks frappe. I said I was joking and that I will never come to this store again. So I was able to get one across the street and the lady was very nice and polite

Almost 100 degrees outside and they will not let me order a water for my son unless I buy something… not even a small water!!! I called corporate and they said that’s not a rule. Very disappointed in the service of this store.They even stopped giving out big cups of waters (even if you order something) but yet all the employees are drinking venti waters.I will continue to go to scooters where there is friendly customer service, people with compassion and fantastic drink options for affordable price!
