So I don’t like to make reviews because I work with food personally, but I feel after going a week with no call back I should. So my husband and I went on Monday December 28th at around 8:45pm. They were still only accepting cash which I had no problem with. We went to order and our order was a 2 soft shell meal medium with a Pepsi no ice with cheese for the lord my order. For my husband two quesadilla tacos chipotle flavor with medium ones and sour cream and a dr.pepper no ice. I usually check the order but I’m in my first trimester pregnancy and the Oles overpowered my senses and I couldn’t keep my face in the bag without throwing (nothing wrong with how they smelt just morning sickness) when we got home I passed out the food to find I had received no soft shells at all my husband got his food but I only had my okra and drink. I called right away so about 9:58 I think which I know they close at 10 due to our drive home. I gave it a two star because the man on the phone seemed nice and understanding and assured me he’d take my information and I’d get a call the next day we’ll a week in still haven’t gotten a call. My husband doesn’t like taco John’s and he only goes for my sake so to say he was livid was and understatement. I would honestly just like a refund at this point. Hopefully others have had better luck.

Every time I go here I order a stuffed grilled taco with no sour cream. And every time. They mark mine with a “no” sticker but always has sour cream. ALWAYS. it’s ridiculous.
We are from Northern Indiana and dont have Taco John's where we live and it is dynamite! Potatoes are a little over seasoned but not offensive, still yummy! We are definitely fans now!

Good food.. Beware of drive through though.. I feel like they need a bit more practice when it comes to wrapping burrito's, or just to slow down and do a better job. I ordered a 5 layer and when I got it, it looked like a mini explosion had gone off in the middle of the burrito.
