Well, what Can I say about starbucks.Starbucks..Best coffee in town. If you live close to Starbucks and haven't tasted their coffee, please do yourself a favor and try some. Great service, terrific people clean store.
I’m a frequent customer and have stayed away ever since Jackie I think her name was in management. My drinks have always been tasty but the customer service is usually horrible. The baristas always look like they hate their job and it makes for an awkward encounter. I stopped in today and met their new manager I believe her name was Harmony and she made my experience there very welcoming and for that I want to come back. Service has been lacking from what it used to be. Last few times my order was wrong or they acted like I was asking too much to get a drink no longer on the menu but they still have the ingredients. I dont say much at the time, thinking maybe they just were having a bad day or short handed, but that seems to be the norm more often than not.
