We had a cheeseburger and fries and had great food for a reasonable price! Service by Anita was great! She was very friendly, helpful and food was well prepared and service was fast! They have a great menu with daily specials.
We stopped here for lunch on a Thursday and had their special of a Ham Sandwich with Hash Browns. We received generous portions of hot, crispy ham with a grilled bun and hash browns that were cooked to perfection! Just the right amount of crispy tenderness! The bun was like a large brioche with a crispy sweetness to it. This place also caters and has an impressive kitchen and freezer. Burger was top 10 in Iowa in 2023. Pizza is a great choice here, nice and crispy. Also love the grilled shrimp on Saturday nights with salad bar. You can ask for melted butter with it. Hashbrowns with cheese and onion are phenomenal. Garlic parm wings are great too! Combo baskets are sizeable. If you’re looking for frills, this isn’t the place but if you’re looking for a burger and beer (or soda) this is a good local spot that’s been around for years.
