Terrible experience- Upon asking for a cup tray was met w a snobby teenager who rolled his eyes, said nothing, closed the window, I overheard him saying attitude words. Took my card with nothing but a blank stare and silense. After notifying the owner, the only concern was if I got my cup tray. Completely missed the point of my complaint. Lastly, our blizzards weren’t even filled to the top of the cup.
I ordered a blizzard. Only half of it was a blizzard, the other half was just ice cream. If I just wanted ice cream that’s what I would’ve asked for. I didn’t pay this much for plain ice cream.
Sat in drive through for a long time. Finally gave up. Called to ask for manager and was told he was not there. Person who answered phone said she was acting manager told her she lost a sale due to lack of response. Her answer”okay”.
