Great spot with delicious food. Portions are quite generous and I always have leftovers. The floors could use a some refinishing, but staff is always friendly and quick!

I travel for work and work in storm lake every now and then. Every time I call to make a to go order, they never answer. Frustrating.

I'd comment on the food but after 25 minutes it never came. A simple pad see ew order for one. Said they were slammed but the place was barely filled, I finally got up and left. This place used to be amazing but the menu is half what it was, service is slooow and you will be surcharged for not paying with cash.

food took 45min to get kinda hard to do when my lunch break 30 mins.

Lakeshore pho is one of the best places in town for asian food, my service was slow but it was definitely worth the wait! The girls there are such hard workers and I understand they have other responsibilities thats why I was so patient. The waitresses are young and are expanding their expirence for work before the real world. I was in their shoes once, working at a young age to get to the point I am now. The waitresses there are so nice. They smiled at me every chance they got, it made me feel really welcomed. Moving on to the food, I got the beef pho mmmm so yummy I am definitely coming back. This is my first time in Storm Lake since 2020. Its lovely being back in the place I grew up in. The food never disappoints and i always feel so much happier after eating. If this is your first time I recommend the Beef and Brisket pho and the boba! I am reading all of these other reviews and it couldnt be far from the truth! It really disappoints me because Lakeshore Pho is one of the best places for asian authentic food. I know this was based off their experience but reveiws have effects on restaurants. So this is my message for the people who never tried Lakeshore pho, never judge before you try it! I love Lakeshore pho and I hope their business expands and grows for the better.

My daughter and I had never heard of lakeshore restaurant so we decided to stop in. Neither of us were impressed. My daughter ordered her favorite, the orange chicken was so bad that my daughter couldn't eat more than 2 bites. The pho was cold and the meat was chewy. I could have dealt with that. The topping on the cake was our waitress. I understand she is young, but that does not excuse the way she treated us. I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes while the other girl was running around busy. Our waitress was standing at the register and just ignored me as she was standing right in front of me! I am a good tipper and I did not tip because of the way she treated us. She then glared at me until we left. That behavior is inexcusable. We absolutely will not be back and if anyone asks how our experience was, I'm not going to lie.

You should come prepared to tip because the service, presentation, and food are always PHENOMENAL! They’re very well organized and you’ll receive service with a warm smile. Open seating, family-friendly environment is a plus! 👍 Even when I went out of state for vacation, I still missed their signature pho, it’s always the BEST!!! 5 Stars, Hands Down!!! {Pictured is Kung Pao Chicken and Combination Pho}. Kid-friendliness: We order beef or chicken with broccoli and chop it up. Mine is happy with that solution! :) I recommend it, the ingredients are always fresh!

Great food, but get it to-go. Service is terrible. Rudest wait staff I’ve ever experienced. Atmosphere is really dirty too. The service will make you regret eating there. Just take your food home. Great tasting food, so just don’t eat in person lol
