While in Storm Lake we stopped at BozWellz before driving back to Des Moines. We walked in at 1:30pm, not realizing that it wasn't open for dine-in, just carry-out orders. Pam was very kind, poured us a beer and let us hang out and relax while she continued prepping for the evening shift. She was very gracious to us out-of-towners - we'll be back for a meal on our next visit!
The mash potatoes were cold and the gravy and meat weren't much better. The gravy looked like it came from a jar and the meat had a lot of fat and grissel. When I told the waitress the meal was cold, she told me they have a microwave that will take care of that. No apology at all. I used to like Bozwellz.

Nice local place - they have handmade cheesecakes and deserts which are SO GOOD! The server leaves you to yourself but will check in on ya at just the right time which I appreciate!
