“Always enjoy coming here when we're in the area. Good food at reasonable prices, and a very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Very clean and well run establishment. Definitely recommend. I had the Broasted Pork Chops that were excellent and came with 2 sides. Coleslaw was very good. My brother had the Tavern, and my wife had the Roast Beef and mashed potatoes which was a huge serving. The sherbet ice cream desert topped it off.“

“The variety is amazing! I had difficulty choosing what to buy! This is my first visit and I love it. It's downtown, old store fronts, quaint shop and prices are good. I was surprised at how inexpensive my donut and juice were. I'm coming here again!“

“While in Storm Lake we stopped at BozWellz before driving back to Des Moines. We walked in at 1:30pm, not realizing that it wasn't open for dine-in, just carry-out orders. Pam was very kind, poured us a beer and let us hang out and relax while she continued prepping for the evening shift. She was very gracious to us out-of-towners - we'll be back for a meal on our next visit!“

“Our meals were good but I have to be very impressed to give a 5 star review. Service was good too. It took three different people to figure out how to seat a party of six. There was a birthday party of brats whose parents let them run wild. Though it wasn't the grills fault, I believe the concrete floors and lack of carpeting contributed to the excessive amount of noise. A possible solution might be a small party where people who don't make their kids behave could be locked in.Parking: Angle parking would make parking a lot easier.“

After Hour Shop Bar & Grill • $
113 Main St, Truesdale - 6.04 miles

“Came in on a Monday night and were welcomed by pretty much everyone in the place, employees and customers alike. We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp, Breaded Mushrooms, Truesdale Burger with fries, and a Steak Sandwich with fries. Both sandwiches were ordered medium, and they were perfect. The Shrimp were wonderful. and the Mushrooms were just like any other place. The fries are handcut and fresh and just needed a little salt. The owner, Kevin, waited on us. He was patient with our indecision and very nice. The cook, Keegan, is just a young guy but certainly knows what he's doing. As I said, our steak and burger were cooked perfectly. And he came out of the kitchen to check on us, which I really appreciate. The place is small and a little dark, and very comfortable. There was a very nice footrest for the barstools at the bar and at the tables. There were a few worn barstools, but overall very clean and well-appointed. This was our first time here. We will definitely be back.“
