My dad tried to order the New York style pizza and they said they couldn’t add onion to the standard pepperoni that’s on the pizza by phone. We could only customize the pizza to add onion if we came to the store to order it or ordered online! The girl on the phone was very rude and unwilling to make the accommodation and the store manager was the same way!
