“A VeryPositive Experience ....that may have gotten off on the wrong foot . I used the app and pick up in store option. They got one order but we added a chicken sandwich after sending so it was a separate order. They didn't get the mobile order for chicken sand, The young man at the counter said it was being prepared and he didnt need to see my order conf. Not his fault he wasnt wrong it was preparing, but it was the first order. After waiting for twenty minutes i was asked to show the order to them on my phone, they didn't have the conf. Number for my added order, We refreshed it and then it worked. So we waited for about a half hour for a chicken sandwich. The kids didn't mind as they played in the play area and had lots of fun so the delay was welcomed. They all passed out on the drive home so it was a win win for all of us!! Great Food, everything was very hot and fresh. The store was clean and stocked. The young staff was pretty impressive in both service and friendliness. Keep up the good work, the snafh was quicklly and politely handled!!! my new favorite mcdonalds

“Sunday was my first time ever visiting Ruby’s. I just wanted to point out that whomever was working Sunday night did an amazing job ! The male bartender/waiter was incredibly kind & professional. It was a rather busy night & he did a great job of communicating what was going on & stayed on top of refills and such as well. He was slammed & still remained calm & collected ! That’s hard to find in the restaurant industry now days. Our food was delicious and totally worth the wait ! The female that was cooking is a GREAT cook & we will be back for sure to eat soon. 10/10 recommend !!!“
