Will and Brayden were the 2 best Subway artists that I have seen in a long time in any location. The Tiffin location has needed this for a while as my last experience there was horrible to the point I threw my sandwich away. They were both engaging and nice young men. They made the sandwiches perfect. I have been getting the exact same sandwich since 1993 and have seen it made hundreds of times and it along with the other 2 sandwiches we ordered were exactly how they should have been made for placement and proper amounts. They truly showed they cared about their jobs and you are lucky to have them.

At 7:50 thus evening, Jasmine happily served my husband and me. She was most helpful answering questions about sauces as well as suggesting onions and green peppers with my husband’s toasted sandwich. We were originally going to just take out the sandwiches but once she suggested cookies, we just had to grab a six-pack! This was our second visit in the Tiffin Subway and we had exceptional service both times! We live in Williamsburg and on our way home from Iowa City, we enjoy this stop!

When we walked in there were things all over the floor. It was my mom, me and my sister who walked in first and the guy stared at us until my dad and brother walked in. My brother picked up the trash off of the floor. They proceeded to roll their eyes at us. Terrible service and VERY uncomfortable setting. At this point I did not want to be there. The guy was very rude and snippy. There drinks were out of service, lettuce was brown, and meatballs were gone.

My car started acting up yesterday so I pulled into Subway to alert my husband. Serena and Rachael came out right away to check on us. They encouraged my kids to go inside where they provided them with pop and cookies. Serena took it upon herself to check my oil which was super sweet. I was so impressed by their natural instinct to help and show us kindness. They mentioned that my alternator might be out. My alternator's currently getting replaced so great job on your diagnosis and for your customer service. These girls deserve all of the praise. I'm a car girl myself so having them step up and be so attentive was impressive. If you're in the area, stop by the Subway in Tiffin, IA. They have some amazing folks that work there. Appreciate you!!! 🫶🏽

Really good fresh food. Friendly workers. Clean restrooms and restaurant.
Drink machines were broken. Tuna tasted kind of nasty. Veggies all covered up and you cannot see them. Server (who was nice) was overworked and left alone to take care of many customers. They don't take coupons. Clean floors, though, lol. Never going back!

Went to pick up an order, the employee claimed all orders had been picked up and refused to remake anything unless the customer cancel the order and reordered it. So I had to inform the customer; as I didn't want them waiting around without getting their food and no knowledge of what was going on, who was very unhappy at the Subway employee.
I patiently waited until after the two customers in line were done before approaching the sole employee.
