They no longer except the coupons that they print out every month because the corporate won't let them and there's only one sub that will clear over on the east side of Iowa City I live on the far West side of town I do like to stop in Tiffin after work it's on my way home to Iowa City I also like to share my coupons with my elderly disabled clients too. Subway your very cruel don't print them if you are not going to except them. I have not been back to one since I tell others about it all the time I will continue to do so.

So rude and lazy , waited long time and then told they cannot bring back the meat I chose because they are preparing to close. Three employees but still they were just watching the customers long line

Clean location, but the workers seem allergic to making a sandwich well. One of them is afraid of putting more than 2 tomato slices on any given sandwich. Another always puts about twice as much sauce as I get at any other Subway. Never fully enjoyed a sandwich I've gotten here. It's a bummer!

This was the most awful visit to a Subway I've ever had. The lettuce was slimy and yellow. The sandwich artist was absolutely horrible. Her response was, "Yep," when I mentioned the lettuce. There were two bins, and they were both the same. Luckily, I prefer spinach, and that didn't look too bad. The artist was absolutely the worst. Blonde with glasses.

Just stopped here, and Jessica did a fantastic job making our sandwiches. I got a veggie, and she made the sandwich the same way I would make it. She also made my entire sandwich before touching my husband’s meat-filled sandwich, which typically I don’t care enough to ask, but the fact that she just instinctively did it was super awesome and very thoughtful. Phenomenal customer service.

I made a mistake on the app, I had ment to place a note saying that I wanted my Subway toasted. The lady( forgot to get her name) offered to remake my sub, at no extra cost to me! I would say she was awesome, but I think she left awesome in the dust!

Major disappointment. Wheat bread? Out. Onions? Out. Green pepper? Have 2 slices thats all we have. Kid at the counter didn't even acknowledge me and waited for someone else to help me. Won't be back.

I sent in an online order and it never got made and the one employee that was working was very slow at making a sandwich and then by the time it got to me my lunch break was up and I don't even know if he voided my order or not recommend do not go.
