Waited at the drive up menu board for five minutes after they told me to browse the menu for a minute and they’d be right with me. When they did come back, they told me “Oh yeah, we have a half hour wait” There was only two vehicles ahead of me 🤷🏻 Not my first bad experience here and at this point, they should just shut down. I probably won’t even try to go back

I ate a burger for lunch today. It didn't taste right but I spent 13 bucks in it. So I ate most of it. I couldn't finish it. Now my stomach isn't feeling right. I wont be going back. Culver's is just right up the road.

They were slow and dismissive of me as a customer. I waited in the drive thru for around 15 minutes and I was the only one there. Then I get my food and drive back to the office only to see that they gave me literally (I counted them) 10 waffle fries and my burger has no meat on it, see picture. I won’t ever been going there again. I recommend you look elsewhere.

The management really needs to buckle down and put some work and a little bit of money into this place The food wasn't bad The service wasn't bad but the restaurant wasn't a horrible state and the staff were just a bunch of unruly teenagers that were yelling and cussing at each other were customers could hear them and no management did anything about it

The building looks like it closed years ago, parking lot is full of potholes and looks uncared for. Staff was rude and we had to repeat the order several times before being told certain things were not available or half the order was not correct. Would give negative stars if we could, not going back.

Food was way over cooked. Fish and chicken was hard. Waffle fries had hard black crunchy pieces. Staff was told by at least 5 different costumers the tartar sauce was empty so they decided to ignore that. The floor was very slick and dirty. A pile of wet leaves at the bottom of the stares out side the entrance.

Smelled of sewer. Mugs were not very clean and not frosty. Service was super slow, with the coworkers arguing. Burger was salty.

Drive-thru is the only option. Ok, fine. We get home and find our order was incomplete. Drive back and explained the issue. Young guy, who was practically non-verbal, gave no apologies. Not for the order being incorrect, or the inconvenience of having to drive back. He hands us another box. We get home and discover that they messed up this, too! Multiple trips, $37 for 2 dinners that aren’t correct, and this kind of incompetence?! We won’t be back!

This place has totally lost my respect and services. I'd rather drive an hour away to another location vs go to one that's literally blocks from my residents. Asked about prices on few fish fillets at window and lady refused to let me put base there and stated that I'd have to drive around the dam store and go through the ordering process again… I was the only person in line! Ordered a RB float and was handed large with lid not secure - spilled in car at window! Lady in window gave three napkins and walked away. Piss poor service and recommendations would be for city to close the store with that F rating service!

Very angry lady working drive through. 25 minutes from pulling up to getting greasy slop food (?) And of course angry bitter shouldn't be working customer service lady forgot sauce. Horrible service. Over priced. Unedible food. Even though it's an a&w they don't fill root beer jugs and act stupid like I just put a sticker on a milk jug. 5 year trainer Sophia needs be fired. Bad for business.

Potholes in the road didn't help with the tone already set. And this place does not honor and will not refill the A&W growler jugs that's are currently being sold.
