Love Caribou. Service attitude can differ by location, as well as the taste of the drinks varying (formula steps not followed as they used to?). But still a fan of Caribous drink options over others.
I stopped at Caribou (drive thru) to get a coffee and a glazed donut. The coffee was delicious as usual, but the glazed donut was ice cold--like they just took it out for the freezer/fridge. I can't eat a cold donut, so I had to wait until I got home an hour later to warm it up.

cheerful, kind, she offered me a "Pup Cup" for my little dog in the back seat and napkins without me requesting them. Very polite. Asset to your company. She made me want to come back more often.

The girls working were so sweet! I didn't know Caribou had pup cups, and my 2 girls were very appreciative! Loved them. My coffee was delightful and so was my breakfast Sammie. Quick and great service!

Stopped by for my favorite, a mocha malted, and as usual, it was yummy! What made the visit so great though were the sweet friendly kids that work there!
