I placed a delivery order over the phone. They said it would take 1-1.5 hours to get to me. It was never delivered. They either forgot about my order or just didn’t want to drive and deliver it.

I prepaid an order for pickup which included an order of Parmesan bites, noticed it didn’t come with a marinara sauce. I was told I needed to pay 85 cents extra but the sign says it’s only extra for sauces for WING orders, I could even understand ordering extra for 2 sauces regardless of what you ordered but to not include at least 1 marinara sauce is egregious customer service wouldn’t be surprised if they changed what the sign says it after this. I told them since I prepaid the order I left my wallet at home and some older dude says he’s sorry but can’t do anything. I asked them if that’s how they’re really gonna do me and was met with no response, shocking service to say the least.

Went here a couple days ago. Pizza turned out good, hence the 2 stars. Pretty on par quality wise that I'm used to. The service, on the other hand, was a different situation.

Once I entered, the lady working asked if I had an order. I didn't, and upon saying this, she turned around making an extremely rude face and sighing, like I just ruined her day. She took my order a few minutes later. About a minute after that, an online order pops up, which I can audibly hear her swearing at it. A few minutes pass with her throwing things, complaining, etc. At another point, she gets a call for what sounds like requesting a change to an order, to which the same things occur of her swearing, throwing things, and just being extremely negative. I also hear her yelling to someone in a back office at one point. I was genuinely hesitant to be in the building at this point, and I do not think ANYONE in a customer facing position should have this level of attitude. I get it, we all have bad days, but to this level and with this lack of control is unprofessional and concerning to customers. I will not be returning to or ordering from this location.

Waited for half an hour for a pizza doing Carside delivery even though the pizza was done by the time we had arrived there the people did not want to help except for one very nice lady

I’m dealing with low life med wage employees they all suck he couldn’t tell me if they have the same owner 🤣🤣🤣🤣 this guy will never make it far in life God sucks to be 40 topping pizza

It took about an hour to get my order, and it was completely wrong. Several items were missing. When I called, the woman who answered apologized and explained that they have a lot of new employees. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn’t great.

I like Domino's pizza over ALL the others. It is disappointing that you earn free pizzas but can't sub the free medium for a free small gluten-free pizza. I earned the free pizzas by ordering gluten-free pizzas, but always run into problems when I need to redeem, even when I had received a late delivery and they gave me a free pizza. The store wouldn't honor a gluten-free pizza until after several emails and phone calls!
Domino's! Figure it out!

Some workers are in a bad mindset and take it out on customers. Food is decent urbandale location needs some repairs if they want more customers.

Such a 5 star restaurant that they can't answer the phone and have some AI bot on there to be even more annoying than the humans themselves. I can't stand human interaction

Nice little carryout location. Has a few 2 person tables to sit at and a cushioned bench. Appreciate the service I received today. Initially I had ordered carry-out online but was given an error warning. So I called in to their automated system. I don't think I put my order in correctly but I think it was the manager who made sure I got my initial order, the order I wanted. Thank you. Staff was very friendly there. Food was delicious. My family loved the loaded tater tots and the 5 cheese Mac & cheese was really good. Pizza was great too, especially loved the seasonings on the crust. Thank you for the delicious food and great service.
There is some city road construction on Douglas, but it is worth it to find your way in to their location.

The pizzeria is good but the lady with glasses who serves is racist and unkind. They should change the number of kind employees to provide good service.

We recently used this location to order 25 pizzas for a band competition. I called 3 days ahead of time to inquire about them being able to handle the order. The night of the competition I walked in 10 minutes before the time I was to pick up and they were pulling our order out of the oven and I was driving out of the parking lot 2 minutes after the pick up time with 25 hot pizzas. We got a great deal and everyone was happy. I appreciated this location handling this large order so professionally.

Would never recommend delivery from this location. Ordered pizza for delivery with 20 min estimated wait time; pizza was out of the oven within 10 min but after another hour, our order had still not left the store. Called multiple times and finally had to go pick it up ourselves after already paying delivery fee and driver tip. Ultimately, pizza was never delivered and after an hour delay (hour past the estimated time) we had to pick it up ourselves. Pizza was already cold and hardened by the time we got it.
