Amazing customer service!! We had an issue with our delivery, and in one phone call our issue was solved. It was never a question that they were going to make it right. They went above and beyond to fix our issue, and because of that, we will continue to be customers. We love these meals and will continue to order for convenient, healthy, fresh meal options during the week!
I’ve ordered from FreshFit many times, including delivery and pickup. Delivery has been excellent. Friendly delivery person, efficient and organized. When I’ve been in the store (Urbandale), it’s been clean and organized with friendly staff present.
The menu items I’ve ordered (mostly poultry) has been great! Nice quality, and I typically buy a little extra for the freezer. I like the nutrition labels on the product—makes meal planning quite easy!
Highly recommended! The food is delicious and the smoothie is amazing. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back.
