I’ve been here only a handful of times, as I was referred here by a coworker of mine. Last couple months of work have been quite busy and this location is a little out of the way so I hadn’t been in for quite some time. Gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and respectful, but also upon entering my rewards noticed it had been awhile since I had last made it in. Thanked me for stopping in and gave me a BOGO coupon for the next time I make it in. I’ve been happy with past experiences, but the unexpected kindness and welcoming attitude could not be overlooked. I will certainly be making it in more often as this is a great option for my nutrition and the people here are great.

I’ve been picking up meals from Fresh Fit Meals for about 6 months now and I won’t stop anytime soon. The food is fresh, tastes amazing, and is way better than any online competitor. For $75 a week I have my dinners taken care of. No prep, no clean up, just great food. I figure I save myself at least 4 hours a week on cooking/clean up and that alone is worth the money. Aaron, Becca, and the rest of the crew are fun, inviting, and full of energy in person and with their social media posts. I’m so glad I found Fresh Fit Meals. Support local, get Fresh Fit!!! 💪💪

Whenever I travel for work, I look for places like this to buy my meals. These meals are much healthier and quicker than eating out in restaurants when traveling. Fresh Fit Meals in Urbandale is one of my favorites so far - I would say in my top two. The selection and quality are the best. Ingredients and macros are listed right on the package. I am gluten free and there were plenty of GF options. These meals were so good, I went back and took a few home with me for the rest of the week after my work trip.

Amazing customer service!! We had an issue with our delivery, and in one phone call our issue was solved. It was never a question that they were going to make it right. They went above and beyond to fix our issue, and because of that, we will continue to be customers. Portion size has gone way down over time. Way more potatoes in breakfast than eggs or meat. Everything is self serve and self heat but they still ask for tips at checkout!

The food is str8 gas🔥 Everything that i have tried is a great meal, perfect for truck drivers right across the street from loves truck stop, simple as that get your meal preps throw them in the fridge and just heat them up when you wanna eat, i eat healthy and dont loose time and money!
I came here on Sunday June 15, around 10 am when they opened. I was passing thru and had another 7 hour drive. The girl working the register and running the store at the time took very good care of me; she left me with insulated bags and ice packs for the rest of my trip so my food didn’t go bad. That was amazing service and I appreciate that alot. I’ll definitely be back

Stopped in mostly to get some information on their service. We have a meal service already that delivers weekly to our house. Was wanting to find a local business to use. They seem excellent. You can pick and choose your meals to have delivered or pick up at their building. They were very informative and friendly.

I spent $175.00 for five breakfast and five dinners due to a surgery I had. All the meals were tasteless, had absolutely no flavor. We threw away over half of each meal. It was a huge waste of money for me. We were highly disappointed.
Amazing food, their staff were friendly and helped me find food that fit my macros! Highly recommend!

As a dedicated customer I take this as an insult. I ordered a caramel cookie drink. The presentation was nothing like the picture no caramel, cookie and the taste was not appealing. No big deal just would like to have a remake. He informed me after the checkout of the other customers in line he would remake. 20 min later he makes another drink and informed me that they recharge they don’t just remake. As a business owner, customer service is a vital part of word-of-mouth business. Very disappointing will never go back.
