Nice ppl quick unload
We stopped here one morning for coffee based on Google reviews. We ordered lattes, and they were excellent - very well-balanced with the perfect milk-to-espresso ratio! However, the customer service left much to be desired. We were treated like nuisances and received a lot of attitude for no reason. No smiles, no pleasantries...just a lot of indifference and bad attitude. I almost always tip, but I left $0 because the service was so bad. While the coffee was good, we won't be back. Go elsewhere...I recommend The Coffeesmith in Waukee! Great coffee AND service.
Hours were marked open till 10pm showed up at 5:30pm they were closed

Mask requirements after a mandate has been lifted. Denied service. Hey, I respect that is their right as a business. Even if it denies me my right. I’ll never buy there again, that’s how it works.
I ordered my regular through the drive through the coffee tasted powdery and I ordered it with oat milk the milk tasted off to me when I called about my drink the barrista was extremely rude, she told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Will not go there again!

Love coffee but hate the smell of it roasting, unfortunately that smell fills our warehouse.... especially today when the smoke was rolling
