The food is great. I made a online delivery order and a good portion of my order was not delivered. This isn't their problem but I called to notify them I need the rest of my order and was told I could come pick it up. I drove there and was no t given an apology or coupon or anything. Just a thanks. I didn't want to drive 20 mins there and back, that's why I ordered delivery. I don't usually do this but it really pissed me off...
This location is first and foremost a Long John Silver's that also happens to offer A&W menu options. However the A&W menu is limited to their standard combos and ice cream items. Stand-alone A&W locations have additional menu items to offer. Service is friendly and efficient. Sadly, like every LJS I've visited over the past year, the food (while fresh and flavorful) is oddly lukewarm in temperature, when in the past it's always been steaming hot upon...
I came here today August 31st 2025, and the fish was the best I've had in 10 years. There is a new manager that just introduced himself, and said it's going to stay that way
