Horrible experience as I was ordering my food one Hispanic boy was saying bad things about me to his other Hispanic coworker because he thought I did not understand Spanish and when I asked him to repeat what he said they both just laughed and turned red from embarrassment. I then reached out to their manager and corporate office and neither of them would pick up my phone call and when I left a voicemail they would not return my call which indicates to me that they do not care about their customers so for everyone out there that's reading this do not go to pancheros because most likely they will talk shit about you just because you're a white person. Oh and by the way the food was disgusting I found a fingernail in my burrito needless to say they ruined burritos in general for me.

Portions are tiny and inconsistent after 3 visits. Shouldn't need double on everything to fill a burrito. (Mainly on the rice and proteins). Service = hard to communicate when we don't speak the same language or pretending not.

Got a $10 burrito bowl and still had to go to mcdonalds, portions worse than chipotle. If I wanted to be ripped off, much rather get ripped off at chipotle than here

This is the second time this has happened so l think a review is appropriate. Watching staff members clean not change their gloves and start making food with the dirty gloves. This is basic hygiene practice.

Always quick service and great food. Burritos filled well (unlike a certain other competitor).

Something changed from a couple years ago, and it's a good change. The crew at this location is rock'n it. Polite, fast, food is good, and the place is the cleanest of all the locations I've visited. Nice!
