“Vinton, Iowa Pizza Ranch location. Chicken was cold, and breading was terribly dark and tasted like old roasted oil. Definitely not fresh. Salad.bar was Skippy. Green Beans were empty, and the gal just stood and looked and mixed up the juice. There is much better food in Cedar Falls and Cedar Rapids.”

“I don't go to fast food places too often, so when I go out, my expectations are pretty high because usually the service is usually poor at best. I was met by a young man who had extremely good customer service, and he gave eye contact. The person who gave me my food asked if everything was correct and the food that was supposed to be hot was very hot and that that was supposed to be cold was cold. I would definitely go back next time I'm in that town.”
