we had great burgers and fries and cheese balls and the service was awesome!!
Came to Vinton for the Glow Trail I found a great ice cream shop. I got the sour apple flavor verse which was great. It's a cool looking ice cream shop with friendly service have they even give you a Tootsie Roll with your ice cream.
food cooked to order. Reasonable prices. Nice people.

Tootsie's Ice Cream & More is a popular spot in Cedar Rapids known for their delicious twist cones and shakes. The food is absolutely amazing, featuring the biggest burgers for a reasonable price. Everything is made fresh while you wait, so the wait is worthwhile. The portions are a good size for what you pay. Best burgers and fries are served in a clean and pleasant atmosphere with great service and friendly staff.
