i would normally never leave a bad review but here goes. We came in at 9:57pm not knowing they closed at 10. Walked past 3 separate employees while grabbing our items, then the lights shut off. None of the employees said anything to us even though we were in the store within eye view. My friends and i just looked at each other and STILL no one said anything to us. one of my friends after a moment of silence asked if they were closing which one of them replied “yeah we’re closed.” like okay. thanks for the heads up. And turning the lights off on costumers?completely unprofessional.

Just order a simple Pepperoni pizza. Taste terrible. Something is bad on it. Call the store and nothing will be done.Terrible.

Heard Caseys bought John’s Qwik Stop and A&W and Godfathers are closing. Terrible. We DONT need another Casey’s. Their pizza is gross, too greasy and way too much cheese, it’s overpriced for the quality that you get. Rather eat frozen pizza. They always get our order wrong when we want a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza. They put the topping(s) on the whole pizza. Apparently they can’t read the order ticket. So Vinton getting another Casey’s is a step backwards for sure when the first location is a huge disappointment. The only positive in this situation is if they carry Chester’s Chicken and the sides, if they don’t then forget it.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I came into this Casey’s today, mind you I’m 8 months pregnant, to get some food and a case of water, the lady by food area, Jodie, carried my water to my car for me! It’s the little things that make peoples day and being on my own and not having help, that really touched me. She deserves a huge shout out for going the extra mile because she is a sweet heart!!!!!

They need more variety of pizzas. I miss Pizza Hut, lots of variety and they didn’t dump 10 lbs of cheese on their pizzas like Casey’s does and they had flavor crusts. Casey’s pizza is blah and boring. Hardly any new pizzas come out and they did away with the BBQ Beef. That was one of their best but can’t order it anymore. Can we PLEASE get Pizza Hut back!!!!!!! Or something similar that offers variety and doesn’t clog you up with 10 lbs of cheese. Wishful thinking I guess.

I ordered a ultimate Hawaiian pizza at the Casey's in Vinton iowa And Jodie Is the one who made the pizza best pizza I have ever had you better keep that girl around

Always have my cold coffee in stock, thank god cause I need it before I deal with people for the day who get on my last nerve! Lol. Dedication and efficient. I wish ya'll would move to Louisiana as I grew up around a Casey's until I was 41....it's been 12 years and I dislike the kum and go's or the little "hood" choke and puke! Lol

The employee’s are rude. They see you standing at the register and they look down and don’t come over to the register. Its a shame because its the only place where I get gas.
