I was on the road working and my family was coming out to visit with me in Vinton, IA. I mentioned that there was a upscale looking Mexican restaurant across the street from one of my work sites so we decided to meet there for dinner. It was our first time coming here, and i, having a sensitive stomach call ahead, to tell them what time we would be there, and asked if they had a salsa without onions or garlic. Grew up in Vinton, visit this place every time I’m back. The food is excellent. The drinks are very good. Queso fundido is very good. Last trip we had chicken enchiladas with both green and red sauce, chimichangas, taco salads. Recommend all three. Chips are homemade and are also very good.
Clean modern restaurant with large menu. The menu had so many items and things that I don't always see. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about menu items. They were able to easily modify for a food allergy. The vegetarian and vegan items had a lot of variety.
