There are so few Blimpie’s locations, so I was so excited when I saw this one! Service is what you would expect for a gas station in the middle of nowhere, but I would say this is the best thing about the entire truck stop honestly lol. World’s largest truck stop is just that, large for many trucks to park, not much else. Anyway, the bread was so yummy & fresh, the meat was GREAT quality, and my sandwich tasted amazing! I would go again.
It's not in the Iowa-80 truck stop food court, but at the fueling building in the semi area. Totally worth the jaunt over. As good as I remember from my youth. Wish Blimpies were still around in my area.
Didn't have much time so grabbed a sausage egg and cheese burrito. Very good. Had fried eggs, sausage patties . And cheese . Good size . Also grabbed a couple desserts.People were very friendly.
