“I stopped at Blimpie inside the Iowa 80 Truck Stop, and Lia, Brie, and Michael provided outstanding service. They were friendly, respectful, and professional from start to finish. They made an excellent sandwich, and the restaurant was very clean, organized, and well maintained. Great customer service and a great meal—I definitely recommend stopping by!”

“Even though the sign says there is an Orange Julius here, that's not really accurate. It's actually a Dairy Queen that can make a couple of their drinks...but I'll take it as they were still able to make my favorite, Strawberry. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were flies in the food court. Not specific to them at ALL but off putting all the same. I got my drink to go to avoid them.”

“I was standing behind Bud Pratt and he was incredibly rude to Evelyn. This man was unexpectedly rude. How dare he treat her this way? This woman was just doing her job and he treated her like she was nothing. She handled it like a professional and worked through his mean demeanor, regardless of how he treated her this woman is strong, and I commend her.”

“Marcus and Ashley made the catering process for our wedding of 280 last Saturday super easy! Super flexible and reliable! Our guests enjoyed all of the food but the smoked mac and cheese was the talk of the night! Guests also enjoyed having so many flavors of BBQ sauce for their pulled pork. We would highly recommend Pit Crew BBQ and will definitely have them again!!”

“We were at the beach pub Friday, 9/8. we arrived at 2:00pm intending to have a drink and head for our campground. But our bartender, Sam, was so welcoming and fun we stayed for several hours talking and laughing with her and the locals. the people were so welcoming. We were planning on leaving Sunday but decided to stay 1 more night just so we could go watch the football games with the Beach Pub folks. Thanks to the Beach Pub for a great time. By the way, if you make it to the Beach Pub, you've gotta try the Blue Wave cocktail. it will absolutely wet your whistle!”

“We were on I80 when the tornado warning/rain/winds forced us off the highway. With no idea where to go, we took 2 right turns then sprinted into the first building we saw with lights. “Great small town feeding hole. I finally had a chance to try the 5th Avenue burger. It’s very good, big and juicy with a not-too-sweet barbecue sauce on it. FYI no way you’ll eat this burger unscathed, plan on sticky hands and unless you’re exceptional lucky a sticky face. 100% I’ll be back, I hear the pizza burger is a must.”

“They be slammed...the poor older woman is manager i think , she needs a whole new team ..Im silent partners with a few mcdonalds in the Carolinas.....but they are trying...such a great location to stop and get a quick bite ...Hopefully I can buy em out one day ...the place was really clean....fair review ..... management needs to have more confidence”
